They were very professional with excellent carpentry skilled workers. I was extremely please with my stairs. They completed the job on schedule. Clean up neatly and removed all trash. I would definitely recommend Precision Stairs!!!

Precision Stair did an absolutely incredible job replacing the staircase at my home. They demolished and removed the old staircase as well as some half-walls to open up the area more and installed and stained beautiful wooden stairs and railings. The final product is beautiful and has really enhanced the house!

The whole process from quote to installation only took a couple of weeks. The work only took a day and a half for new rails and balusters. I don't know why we didn't do this sooner.

Not only was the pricing reasonable, they told me how to go about fixing a mistake made by the company supplying the material for my cable stair railing. The owner and his crew worked quickly and cleanly.

The cable stair system I used was unfamiliar to the crew but they got on the phone with the supplier in order to learn how to properly install the system and it is beautiful! I highly recommend them.

There was another company I called before Precision Stair and they too were not familiar with the system, but they declined the job for that reason. Not Precision Stair Co.!
